Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Refunds are available under specific circumstances such as:

      • If the coaching session is cancelled by me.

      • If you cancel your booking within the specified timeframe.

      • If the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon standards.

  2. Timeframe for Refunds

    • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the scheduled coaching session.

    • Sessions can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  3. Process for Requesting a Refund

    • To request a refund, please:

      • Contact me via email or phone.

      • Provide your booking details and the reason for your refund request.

      • Follow any additional instructions provided for processing the refund.

  4. Refund Method

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

    • If preferred, store credit can be offered as an alternative to cash refunds.

  5. Non-Refundable Services

    • The following are non-refundable:

      • Missed sessions without prior notice.

      • Partially completed coaching packages.

  6. Exceptions and Special Cases

    • In certain cases, such as emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions may be made at my discretion.
